She took the time to get to know me and my story. Every session we would chat for a bit and catch up on how I was feeling before starting and it made me feel so comfortable. I love that she didn't get me right back into exercise, but eased me in at the speed I needed. It was an awesome weekly commitment that I looked forward to and felt stronger every week. “I have had the honour to have Rhonda help me during 2 of the hardest times of my life. 10 years ago when I could hardly walk due to back pain and sciatica, Rhonda worked with me to not only alleviate pain, but she also helped me to strengthen my whole body to keep the pain away.

My last experience with Rhonda was equally amazing. Her knowledge and her genuine care for her clients was why I knew I needed to reach out to her again after my double mastectomy. Since her physio treatments were virtual, this allowed me to receive treatments in a safe environment, the chaos of my own home. And chaos it was with dogs, cats and kids, Rhonda patiently and encouragingly led me through a treatment plan, that not only allowed me to gain full movement in my arms, shoulder and chest, her plan also helped me strengthen so I could return to my active job.

What I love most about Rhonda is her ability to support you where you are at. If I was sore, she would adjust, if I didn't have a weight she would suggest using something else. She was just real. Real, supportive and approachable and full of knowledge.

“I started working with Rhonda at 6 weeks postpartum. I was still feeling very weak from my c-section, was having headaches and was feeling very anxious as a new mom! I started off with one-to-one physio and appreciated the weekly virtual check-ins that these appointments offered. I found it helpful to have this weekly commitment to begin moving again! Once I felt ready, I moved on to the strong-at-home program.

Physio and this program have supported me physically and mentally in getting back to a new normal. I appreciate the videos of each exercise and the modifications that I can choose from, depending on how I am feeling. I love that there are different parts to the workout so that even if I'm not feeling like working out, I can still feel good about choosing one part of the workout - even if it's just the warmup!
