    Dates: The Ease into Fitness Challenge runs from Monday, February 3 to Wednesday, February 12


    How does it work?

    • Each workout will be sent via email (the email will include a PDF guide with 5 unique, realistic workouts that you can do from home in your pjs!)

    • Workouts 1-2 (M/W) will be body weight (no equipment needed)

    • Workouts 3-5 (F/M/W) will include 2 dumbbells (3-10 recommended for beginners, 15-20 for intermediate/advanced)

    • Bonus: Workout 4 will be coached live by me on Zoom on Monday, February 10 @ 8pm EST


    Get points each time you post or DM me
    (@rhondachamberlainpt) that you completed a workout, did some pelvic floor relaxation/ mobility, or any other movement activity (e.g. tobogganing with your kids, skiing, walking, swimming etc).
