Strong At Home is an easy-to-follow strength training program for busy moms who want to get strong & fit without leaving their house.
Ditch the damaging "all-or-nothing" exercise mindset and instead feel strong AF with only 3 workouts per week.
You have 2 options to work with me depending on how much support you’re looking for:
Strong at Home VIP (1:1)
This is for you if you would appreciate the accountability of weekly appointments (billed as physiotherapy for Ontario residents)
This is also for you if you are dealing with any symptoms like leaking, heaviness, low back pain, shoulder pain, hip pain etc.
Includes weekly 30-minute virtual one-on-one appointments + 2 extra workouts emailed to you each week through a free online workout app
Investment: $150 for the 45-minute assessment and $100 per 30-minute weekly appointment
Strong at Home Membership
This is for you if you’re looking to workout on your own time and don’t need the 1:1 support from me
Includes 3x/ week workouts sent in a free online workout app + weekly check-in messages from me to see how you’re doing
Investment: $79/month
