Strong At Home is an easy-to-follow strength training program for busy moms who want to get strong & fit without leaving their house.

You have 2 options to work with me depending on how much support you’re looking for:

Strong at Home VIP (1:1)

  • This is for you if you would appreciate the accountability of weekly appointments (billed as physiotherapy for Ontario residents)

  • This is also for you if you are dealing with any symptoms like leaking, heaviness, low back pain, shoulder pain, hip pain etc. 

  • Includes weekly 30-minute virtual one-on-one appointments + 2 extra workouts emailed to you each week through a free online workout app

  • Investment: $150 for the 45-minute assessment and $100 per 30-minute weekly appointment

Strong at Home Membership

  • This is for you if you’re looking to workout on your own time and don’t need the 1:1 support from me

  • Includes 3x/ week workouts sent in a free online workout app + weekly check-in messages from me to see how you’re doing

  • Investment: $79/month
